I was craving Peanut Butter and Jelly. I wasn’t in the mood for the sandwich version. Two of them with milk would put me right to sleep. Especially, the way I load up a sandwich. I went ahead and tried to make it in a smoothie form. It was just as satisfying as having the sandwich.
I didn’t have any grapes. So, I used blueberries and blackberries. I had the option of crunchy or smooth peanut butter. I can’t stand bananas so I used oats instead. You should always have greens. You don’t even realize it’s in there. Went on and added some oat milk and yogurt and went to town. Well, after I placed everything in the blender. It came out really smooth and I think this will be snack for a while.


Ingredients
1 cup of oat milk
2 cups of frozen blueberries and blackberries
2 tbsp raw oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 cups of kale and spinach
Garnish: Additional blueberries and flaxseeds {optional}
Then you add the ingredients to a blender or blender for about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
