New Year, Different Habits

Happy New Year!!! It’s that time when everyone is going to say… “I’m going to do something different.” I’ve said that in January 2020. Well, I did! Mainly, because I was forced. I didn’t really have a choice. I’ve become so familiar with my home. The Real Housewives were coming to their season finales. What was I to do? I thought… “Everyone is going to gain weight or look older than they are.” Due to the stress of lockdown. I wasn’t going to come out looking rough. That’s a no-no! I’ll leave that for some of the Homies. With that said…. I’ve learned how to take care of my skin better. Also, I’ve invested in a bullet for Christmas. I’ve been using it at least three times a day. I’ve used it so much that it  started smoking. It scared the living crap out of me.

For all the Food Lovers. I highly recommend this!!!

The last two months, I’ve been pretty comfortable eating out. You know since this new normal that we’re living in. Although, it was totally amazing cooking at home. The wait time sucks though… Restaurants are doing indoor seating at a 25% capacity. Everyone is still doing the outdoor seating. It just drags when you’ve been partying and now it’s time to eat.

While I wait…. I might as well eat something.

Took a trip to Bushwick. I had a quick bite and drink at Heavywoods. I truly miss the indoor section. We played pool and just carried on. Today we’re outside. Which we would normally do during the summer. However, we would run back and forth to get some air conditioning. My buddy was in the area. Of course, I had to wait for him to arrive. So, I went along and documented it. Why not? If you’re ever in the area. You should stop by. Continue reading “While I wait…. I might as well eat something.”

Strolling through Bushwick on a crispy day.

After a crazy day at work. I would immediately rush home to my friend The Farmer. Or, he would rush me to get to Brooklyn. Our day usually would end at the same time. We would meet at his place. Or, at Heavywoods. When we stopped hanging around Manhattan. We needed a break.
