The Booger Mob comes to work in the studio. This time the cigarette smoker isn’t around to leave the back door open. Jay is a Newport pulling nut. However, when he’s working on music it’s strictly edibles and flowers. It’s not going to be much of a barnyard activity. They have to complete songs for an upcoming album and tour. He’s not playing with them. I call them the Booger Mob because of their antics. This was the first time I’ve ever seen them focused and ready to rock out.Continue reading “The Boogers Stopped By”
Lixander calls me in for an emergency meeting. I love his emergencies. It’s never anything insane. Thank goodness! The way he gets excited you would think so. It’s interesting watching yourself go from tidy to unkempt. Your sitting in one spot for hours or days. Funny thing….. A friend told me that I look great as a hobo. He said that I’m always dolled up. Well, I think some that sport the hobo look pretty good. Anyway……
We’re going into a bit of a funk. Not the bad kind of funk. It’s some pretty dope funk. I came around after the disco era. Diana Ross’s, The Boss was a huge hit. The Bee Gees were doing their thing. Rick James was the man. I’ve started to appreciate disco and funk as I’ve gotten older. Today… I’m obsessed!
